The Buffalo News reports today about the lawsuit for fraud filed by Zarco, Einhorn, Salkowski & Brito, P.A. on behalf of its client High Tides, LLC and its principal, Pat LaFontaine, against Dunkin Donuts and several other defendants who were former directors in a failed Dunkin’ Donuts franchise. 05/14/10 – Newsday, "Judge Allows Fraud Suit Against Dunkin’ [Donuts].”
Newsday reports that Dunkin’ Donuts’ Motion to Dismiss a complaint filed against it by High Tides, LLC for fraud and other causes of action was dismissed. High Tides, LLC, an investor in a failed Dunkin Donuts franchisee, sued Dunkin’ Donuts and others, claiming that it was defrauded into investing. High Tides and its principal, NHL hockey hockey great Pat LaFontaine, is represented in this action by Robert Salkowski and Robert Zarco. Click Here

Robert Zarco and Robert F. Salkowski were invited by the Dunkin’ Donuts Independent Franchisee Association (the DDIFO), the largest association of Dunkin’ Donuts franchisees, to speak before its members about the terms of their franchise agreement and optimizing the value of their businesses.

10/12/09 - Robert M.Einhorn - Franchisee attorney Robert M. Einhorn successfully represented several South Beach Natural franchisees during a five-day trial against Francorp., which purports to be the largest franchise consulting firm in the United States, and its founder, Don Boroian. After several hours of deliberation, a jury unanimously returned a verdict in favor of the franchisees, finding that both Francorp. and Mr. Boroian engaged in fraud and unfair and deceptive trade practices.
