Devona Reynolds was born and raised in Kingston, Jamaica. She graduated from the University of Miami in May, 2004 with a B.B.A. in Business Law and Marketing. Prior to joining the law firm of Zarco, Einhorn, Salkowski & Brito, P.A., Ms. Reynolds worked for several large franchisors, where she was involved in providing strategic direction on a variety of matters relating to franchise issues, and was involved with franchise state registration and renewals, and the administration of the franchisors’ disclosure documents and franchise agreements. As a result of her extensive experience in the franchising industry, Ms. Reynolds brings an innovative perspective to the practice of franchise law.

During law school, Ms. Reynolds was a member of the Florida Association for Women Lawyers, the Black Law Student Association and served on the executive board for the Caribbean Law Students Association. While at NSU, Ms. Reynolds also participated in the American and Caribbean Law Initiative, a collaborative project where American and Caribbean law students conduct research and prepare memoranda for Caribbean governments on various legal issues. Ms. Reynolds has been with the law firm of Zarco, Einhorn, Salkowski & Brito, P.A., since July of 2008, where she was first employed as a legal intern during her last semester in law school.
