Beshoy Rizk graduated from Monmouth University with a B.S. in Biology with a concentration in biochemistry and molecular cell physiology in January 2004. After his graduation, Mr. Rizk worked with a fortune 500 capital management firm in New York City, New York where he was initially an account executive and subsequently a division manager for sales and product management. He then earned his J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law in May 2011. During law school, Mr. Rizk clerked for the Honorable Victoria A. Platzer, Circuit Court Judge in the Eleventh Judicial Circuit in and for Miami-Dade County, Florida, the Honorable Alan S. Gold, United States District Court Judge in the Southern District of Florida, Hogan Lovells, and the United States Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of Florida.
Mr. Rizk was a member of the University of Miami Law Review and received the Daniel Gaubatz award for his dedication and work as an editor-member of the law review. Mr. Rizk was also a member of the University of Miami International Moot Court team where he won the State Investment Arbitration Competition in Frankfurt, Germany in March 2011. Mr. Rizk also received the excellence awards in Business Association, Antitrust, and Evidence.
Mr. Rizk focuses his practices on complex commercial litigation and franchise law. Mr. Rizk has significant experience in representing institutional clients and individuals in a variety of business disputes. Mr. Rizk has represented clients in state and federal courts and in arbitration proceedings in Florida. Mr. Rizk is admitted to practice law in Florida, the United States District and Bankruptcy Courts for the Southern District Court of Florida, the United States District and Bankruptcy Courts for the Middle District Court of Florida. He joined Zarco, Einhorn, Salkowski & Brito, P.A. in June 2014.
