Gabriel E. Estadella was born in New York City and grew up in Palisades, New York. He graduated from the University of Michigan Stephen M. Ross School of Business with a B.B.A. in 2000, then earned his J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School in 2006. Mr. Estadella clerked for the Honorable Lawrence R. Leavitt in the United States District Court for the District of Nevada and the Honorable Mark E. Polen in the Florida Fourth District Court of Appeal. He has served as a Special Assistant District Attorney in the Appeals Bureau of the Kings County District Attorney’s Office and as a Special Counsel to the United Nations Development Programme in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. Before law school, Mr. Estadella was a Consultant with Ernst & Young.
Mr. Estadella has been an Associate Attorney with the firm of Zarco, Einhorn, Salkowski & Brito, P.A. since 2014. He formerly practiced civil litigation in New York and was with a statewide commercial litigation law firm in Florida. His practice focuses on complex commercial litigation and franchise law. Mr. Estadella advises franchisor and franchisee clients on a variety of franchise law and general business transactions, and has represented artists in intellectual property licensing, endorsement, and promotional arrangements.
Mr. Estadella has represented clients in state and federal courts throughout the United States. He is admitted to practice law in Florida, Illinois, and New York, and before the United States District Courts for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida and the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, in addition to the United States Courts of Appeals for the Eleventh and Second Circuits.
