Margaret Lai graduated magna cum laude from The Ohio State University in 2004 where she received a B.A. in Political Science, with Distinction, and in Sociology. Ms. Lai graduated from the Moritz College of Law at The Ohio State University in 2007 and was a staff editor of I/S: A Journal of Law and Policy for the Information Society.
Ms. Lai joined Zarco Einhorn Salkowski & Brito, P.A. as an associate in August 2017. Her practice focuses on complex commercial litigation representing both individual and corporate clients at trial and appellate levels, both in state and federal courts, and also in arbitration. Ms. Lai is admitted to practice in Florida and Ohio, as well as before the Southern District of Florida, the Southern District of Ohio, and the District of Colorado.
Prior to joining Zarco Einhorn Salkowski & Brito, P.A., Ms. Lai was an associate for nearly 6 years at a prominent criminal defense and commercial litigation firm in Miami.
Ms. Lai has been recognized as a “Florida Legal Elite Up and Comer” from 2014-2017 by Florida Trend Magazine and also Super Lawyers Rising Star in 2018.
