Beshoy Rizk graduated from Monmouth University with a B.S. in Biology with a concentration in biochemistry and molecular cell physiology in January 2004. After his graduation, Mr. Rizk worked with a fortune 500 capital management firm in New York City, New York where he was initially an account executive and subsequently a division manager for sales and product management. He then earned his J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law in May 2011. During law school, Mr. Rizk clerked for the Honorable Victoria A. Platzer, Circuit Court Judge in the Eleventh Judicial Circuit in and for Miami-Dade County, Florida, the Honorable Alan S. Gold, United States District Court Judge in the Southern District of Florida, Hogan Lovells, and the United States Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of Florida.


Mr. Rizk focuses his practices on complex commercial and real estate litigation, employment matters, intellectual property disputes, and franchise law. Mr. Rizk has significant experience in representing institutional clients and individuals in a variety of business disputes. Mr. Rizk has represented clients in state and federal courts and in arbitration proceedings nationwide, has tried several jury and non-jury trials, and has argued several appeals before the Second, Third, and Fourth District Courts of Appeals in Florida. In 2018, Mr. Rizk was named a Super Lawyer Rising Star. As a resident of South Florida, Mr. Rizk is an avid sports fan and a fisherman. He is also a passionate advocate for pet adoption and rescue shelters.
