Trial attorneys, Robert M. Einhorn and Alaina Siminovsky, of ZESB successfully defended a Johnny Rockets franchisee in a commercial real estate dispute with its landlord. Following a nine day trial, the franchisee won on every single claim of twenty six (26) breaches of the lease asserted by the landlord.
