Trial attorneys, Robert M. Einhorn and Alaina Siminovsky, of ZESB successfully defended a Johnny Rockets franchisee in a commercial real estate dispute with its landlord. Following a nine day trial, the franchisee won on every single claim of twenty six (26) breaches of the lease asserted by the landlord. The Johnny Rockets franchisee was awarded its attorneys’ and costs as the prevailing party in the action which amounted to approximately $ 200,000.
