Biography
Ingrid Morfi was born and raised in Havana, Cuba. She joined Zarco Einhorn Salkowski, P.A. in 2020 and serves as the primary paralegal to the firm’s Co-Managing Partner. In that role, she assists with complex commercial litigation and arbitration matters, including case management, client communications, scheduling, document preparation, and coordination with experts, arbitrators, and opposing counsel.
Before joining the firm, Ingrid held several legal administrative positions, including Executive Legal Assistant. Those roles provided her with extensive experience supporting attorneys, managing legal matters from inception through resolution, and developing the professionalism, attention to detail, and organizational skills required in a fast-paced legal environment.
Ingrid earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, with a minor in Sociology, from Florida International University. She later completed a Graduate Paralegal Certificate at The George Washington University and earned a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Carlos Albizu University. She is currently a Ph.D. Candidate (2027) in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at Keiser University.
Her doctoral research as a Ph.D. Candidate examines leadership and organizational effectiveness in U.S. law firms. Through her research, Ingrid seeks to better understand the relationship between leadership practices, organizational performance, and employee job satisfaction within legal organizations. She looks forward to applying that knowledge to support the continued growth and organizational effectiveness of the firm.
