We are pleased to announce that our Partner of thirty years, Robert F. Salkowski, has been invited to join the Litigation Counsel of America (LCA) as a Fellow. About the Honor
The Litigation Counsel of America is an exclusive honorary society comprised of just 3,500 of America’s top trial attorneys—representing less than one-half of one percent of American lawyers. Fellows are selected through a rigorous vetting process that evaluates their effectiveness and accomplishment in litigation and trial work, along with their ethical standing among peers.
Mr. Salkowski was specifically recognized for his expertise in Complex Commercial and Complex Litigation, with a specialty focus in Franchise law.
About Mr. Salkowski
Robert F. Salkowski is a 1988 graduate of George Washington University and earned his J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law in 1991. His distinguished career began in Tampa, Florida, where he practiced complex commercial litigation and bankruptcy, representing both creditors and trustees. Prior to joining Zarco Einhorn Salkowski, P.A. in 1995, he served as Counsel at Ocwen Financial Corporation, a publicly traded investment banking concern in West Palm Beach, Florida.
Mr. Salkowski is licensed to practice law in both Florida and New Jersey, and is admitted to practice in multiple United States district and federal appellate courts.
He has also been admitted pro hac vice in numerous other state and federal courts throughout the country to represent the firm’s clients in specific cases. Mr. Salkowski is an active member of the Miami-Dade Bar Association, the American Bar Association, and regularly participates in the American Bar Association’s Forum of Franchising.
