Collectively and individually, our firm and its staff has a long history of ‘giving back’ to the community in a variety of ways.

- Mentoring and inspiring young girls attending at-risk schools in Miami-Dade and Broward Counties—The Embrace Girls Foundation
- Raising awareness and funds in support of elderly survivors of The Holocaust during WW2 via the Jewish Community Services of South Florida (JCS)
- Doing Pro-Bono work for a variety of persons and organizations in need, as well as for the community, such as the Miami Dade County ‘Put Something Back’ Program, and Dade Legal Aid Guardian Ad Litem (GAL) cases as a court-appointed advocate protecting the rights of minor children in parental custody disputes for lower income families
- Pro Bono Legal work for Mason’s Voice, a non-profit organization bringing awareness to Spina Bifida.
- Appointments to Board of Directors and donations to non-for-profit organizations such as Jackson Memorial Hospital Public Health Trust, University of Maryland Board of Trustees, and Temple Menorah
- Committee appointments and/or donations to the Greater Miami Jewish Federation, AIPAC and the City of Miami Beach Budget Advisory Committee
- Donating funds to many more organizations and individuals, including sponsoring educational pursuits for those persons in need and with a promising future to expand opportunities for themselves and their families
- Sponsoring conferences, hosting board meetings, authoring articles and publications, and engaging in many speaking engagements for professional organizations in the legal field and franchise industry such as the CFA, AAFD, ABA, and IFA
- Coaching the Trial Law Team and Moot Court Board at the University of Miami
- Supporting organizations that inspire community spirit and comradery by purchasing tickets and a suite from the Miami Dolphins, F1 Miami Grand Prix, and the Miami Open Tennis Tournament.

Inspiring Future Legal Leaders: A Day of Learning and Mentorship’
Our law firm, led by partner Himanshu Patel, had the privilege of hosting 24 outstanding high school seniors from the Pre-Law Society at American Heritage Schools, Broward Campus for an immersive day in the legal world.
These future legal professionals gained valuable insights into the path to becoming attorneys, learning from esteemed guests and experienced attorneys. Firm Founding Partner Robert Zarco shared his remarkable journey from humble beginnings to great success, emphasizing the power of vision, determination, creativity, perseverance, and resilience. Attorney Jacky Beda provided key guidance on law school applications and selecting the right program, while Associate Victoria Diaz highlighted the importance of strategic legal internships and participating in law school competitions such as Moot Court and Mock Trial.

Attorney Michael Braunstein Coaches UM Law Trial Team to Top 5 Finish at Prestigious Competition
We’re proud to share that our own Michael D. Braunstein, Partner and experienced trial attorney, had the honor of #coaching the University of Miami School of Law Trial Team at the Chester Bedell Memorial Mock Trial Competition.
This esteemed competition, judged by federal and state court judges from across Florida, challenged students to litigate a civil jury trial, presenting cases for both the Plaintiff and Defense. Under Michael’s guidance, the UM team showcased their advocacy skills and legal acumen, securing a Top 5 ranking among a competitive field.

Robert Zarco spent a highly rewarding afternoon giving back to The Embrace Girls Foundation, Inc. during National Mentoring Month. They reunited to read and discuss “Paco the Octopus…a Tale of Perseverance.”
Persistence and Perseverance is something Zarco knows a thing or two about, since his arrival from Cuba at 2 years old with his parents and brother, who arrived to America in 1961 with nothing but a few suitcases and had to leave all their other property and possessions behind.
As always, he reinforces the importance of education, working hard, resilience, and integrity. It is just as rewarding for him as it is for the girls to share and inspire each other.
Zarco Hosts Reception Benefitting Rambam Hospital in Israel
Robert Zarco hosted a special event in support of the Rambam Healthcare Campus, the largest and most distinguished groundbreaking clinical research, academic teaching hospital, and only Level-1 trauma center for patient care in Northern Israel.
Prof. Rafi Beyar, President of the International Friends Associations of Rambam Health Care Campus and many other esteemed guests were welcomed, including the Consul General of Israel in Miami, Maor Elbaz-Starinsky, the Mayor of Miami Beach, Steven Meiner, special video presentations featuring Prof. Miki Halberthal, General Director of Rambam, and 2004 Nobel Laureate Prof. Aaron Ciechanover, and many esteemed Entrepreneurs, Judges, Non-Profit Leaders, and other Professionals.

Zarco Einhorn Salkowski, P.A. joined over 17,000 race participants and nearly 550 companies in the race produced by TeamFootWorks with their Charity partner United Way Miami.
Our exceptional bi-weekly trainer, Max Denisov, led us in a warm-up and joined us for the 5k race. It was heartening to witness the larger community uniting at a time when connectivity is more vital than ever. Those who exercise together, bond together!

It was a great privilege to meet other supporting partners and board members of the foundation who believe in the power of investing in our youth to inspire great future citizens and leaders. Corporate Run Community Event
Our Zarco Law family was so happy to participate in the 2023 5K Lexus Corporate Run in downtown Miami, promoting fitness, wellness, and a healthy lifestyle. In fact, our firm’s personal trainer Morgan Shapiro of Morganic Lifestyle led our warm-up exercises and joined us in the race.

Supporting Breast Cancer Awareness
Zarco Einhorn Salkowski, P.A. attended and supported a C-Note Dinner in support of Breast Cancer Awareness Month. The special event held at Call Me Cuban by Yuca restaurant in the Cardozo Hotel had delicious food in a beautiful ambiance for a great cause, bringing together women and supporters of women to renowned Ocean Drive in South Miami Beach.
Event proceeds benefited the American Cancer Society via Team Miami Beach’s 2022 Making Strides Against Breast Cancer campaign. Our firm’s CFO Edicsa Perez-Feliz was a featured Guest Speaker.
Local Artists, Bibi Andrade, Paula Turk, Sid Daniels and David Sexton created beautiful Art from busts for a silent auction. The event also featured a special musical performance by Jazmin Sabyna.

Robert Zarco shares Life Lessons with ‘Embrace Girls’ at the Tea Party that Recalibrated his Life
As a result of the law firm’s 30th Anniversary ‘Party of the Year’ Celebration, Robert Zarco was recently invited to learn about and experience the work of The Embrace Girls Foundation, Inc. by visiting their neighborhood and school in Liberty City, a suburb of Miami.
In Zarco’s words, “it was a privilege, a real eye-opening and recalibrating experience.” Zarco met and spoke with the young girls about his upbringing and experiences that led him to become one of the most successful franchise law attorneys in the country, representing the business interests of and level the playing field for franchisees against the larger franchisors, in the style of David vs. Goliath.
In the video, Zarco meets the girls and shares life lessons with them, discusses where he went to college, advises on how to handle stress, thanks them for the privilege meeting them, and more.
Velma Lawrence, Founder of The Embrace Girls Foundation thanked Robert “once again for embracing this little charity making a big difference in the lives of many.” That always feels good…it also feels good to spread positive messages and encourage more!

Attorney Robert Zarco hosts Holocaust Survivors at his home
Attorney Robert Zarco opens his home to Jewish Community Services of South Florida (JCS) and invites panelists to share their Holocaust experiences and keep their important stories alive. The event raised awareness and funds for those elderly survivors with financial needs.
