Biography
Rosa was raised in Miami, Florida. She brings more than three decades of experience in legal administration, case management, banking, marketing, business operations, and client relations to her role at the Firm.
In her current role as Case Manager, Rosa is responsible for coordinating client intake and supporting the Firm’s attorneys and clients throughout the engagement process. Her extensive knowledge in the business and legal field, combined with her experience in client relations and legal administration, allows her to serve as an important liaison between clients and the legal team.
Earlier in her career, Rosa spent approximately 20 years with Bank of America and its predecessor institutions, NationsBank and Barnett Bank. She held management positions including Sales & Service Manager and Marketing Manager and ultimately supervised the successful operation of the Key Biscayne branch.
Fluent in Spanish, Rosa brings a strong multicultural perspective and a longstanding commitment to serving and communicating effectively with clients.
