Biography
Robert M. Gallinar is a Miami-born attorney whose practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, franchise disputes, and high-stakes business torts. He earned his Juris Doctor from Florida International University College of Law, where he was a Dean’s Merit Scholar and repeatedly recognized on the Dean’s List. During law school, Mr. Gallinar served on the Executive Boards of both the Business Law Society and the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Society, and competed as a member of the Negotiation and Mediation Team.
Mr. Gallinar received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with a minor in Political Science, from The Ohio State University.
Before joining Zarco Einhorn Salkowski, P.A., Mr. Gallinar practiced at a boutique litigation firm handling high-value commercial disputes. There, he represented businesses and individuals in multi-million-dollar non-compete, trade secret, fraudulent inducement, and FDUTPA cases against major national and international firms.
Mr. Gallinar is fluent in Spanish and admitted to practice in the State of Florida and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
In his free time, Mr. Gallinar enjoys spending time with friends, family, and following Miami professional sports.
