Lauren Rasco

Lauren Rasco is an attorney at Zarco Einhorn Salkowski, P.A., where she focuses her practice on franchise and complex commercial litigation.

Ms. Rasco graduated from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Advertising as well as a minor in Spanish for the Professions. She then went on to attend the University of Miami School of Law on a merit scholarship, where she earned her Juris Doctor and graduated Cum Laude.

While in law school, Ms. Rasco served as the Senior Writing Editor for the University of Miami Business Law Review. Ms. Rasco was part of the Yvette Ostolaza Mock Trial Team and competed in national trial competitions. She was also part of the Immigration Clinic, where she advocated for immigrants in court proceedings, successfully trying and winning a case in immigration court. As part of this work, she received the Exemplary Service Award, which is presented to students who have gone above and beyond in the provision of services to those most in need. Ms. Rasco earned multiple CALI Excellence for the Future Awards, honors bestowed to the top performers in each course, as well as the Director’s Book Award in Litigation Skills.

Prior to law school, Ms. Rasco worked in data analytics, developing strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills. This experience strengthened Ms. Rasco’s attention to detail, strategic thinking, and the ability to assess and synthesize complex information.

Ms. Rasco first joined the firm in September 2022 as a paralegal, gaining valuable experience in the legal field prior to attending law school. She returned to the firm in January 2025 as a law clerk while attending law school and transitioned to the role of associate attorney in September 2026.
